1How do I resolve a membership billing issue or submit a question?
2What is the latest date I can make changes on my account to have it go into effect on my next draft?
All changes, from freezes, level changes, to updating drafting info, need to be made in salon, at least 5 days before your next draft. Please note that your account must be current with no fees owed in order for us to process a change. Keep in mind drafts are made early in the morning. Any changes made after that may not take effect till next month.
3What day does automatic billing take place?
The Tanning Spa bills on the first of the month. If the billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment date will not change.
4How do I change the account my membership is being billed to?
The account can be changed by visiting the salon location where you purchased your membership and giving our staff the new information.
5I was charged for a month that I didn’t tan. Can I be refunded that amount?
We do not offer refunds for services that are not used.
When you are on a monthly auto-draft (EFT) membership, you are responsible for paying your dues each month regardless of whether you choose to utilize the service.
If you paid for your package up front, you are paying for services through a specific expiration date. It is your responsibility to take advantage of the service you have paid for before it expires.
6How do I cancel my membership?
The Tanning Spa must have a written cancellation form signed at the location you purchased your membership from at least 30 days prior to the first day of the cancellation month to allow sufficient time to stop the next EFT payment.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to an active month.
Cancellations are not prorated.
Members may not give notice of the cancellation during a month that membership is frozen.
Accounts must be current in order to cancel.
